We are writing the following registers with the corresponding values to output the oscillator square wave (32kHz) onto FOUT:
0x11 = 0x1
0x13 = 0x81
But when we try to measure the square wave output with an oscilloscope, the amplitude of the signal is so low that it is in the noise floor and we can barely see the square wave and definitely can not measure its frequency.
What should we expect the amplitude of the square wave output to be?
How should we expect to be able to accurately measure the oscillator frequency at FOUT?
Do we need a special probe and should we be using a digital counter?
